Delivery & Collection of Goods
Goods ordered with us (offline or through our sales representatives) can either be delivered to the customer’s designated premises in Singapore, or can be self-collected at our address at 9 Gul Street 4, Singapore 629238. We endeavour to deliver items within 3 working days. We are usually able to offer next-working-day delivery for items in stock. However, exceptions may occur due to circumstances such as order volume or the timing of your order. To get to know more, please contact us.
All deliveries must be made to a venue where an authorized person can sign for the items with the company stamp.
For purchases made offline or through our sales representatives: deliveries in Singapore are chargeable at SGD 40.00 per trip, before GST. This only includes Mainland Singapore.
We can waive off the delivery charge for orders above SGD 200.00 nett. Conditions may apply.

Goods sold may only be exchanged on certain conditions. Please get in touch with us to understand more.
We do not process and/or issue any refunds. However, we may do so in special circumstances, with a refund/cancellation charge. Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd.
